Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns: Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging. Once the product has been opened or used, we cannot offer a return or refund for health and safety reasons.

Return Window: You may return your product(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team using our contact page or alternatively email us at admin@a-e-naturals.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the product back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the item and issue a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your unopened product for a different item, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or store credit, and you can place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened products
- Products sold in bulk or on sale
- Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
